This proposal was designed to a specific brief provided by the client of this project.

The main focus was to fit 80 desks in 12,000 sq ft and to plan for the future expansion requiring 60 more desks. With eight different teams in this space, each group needed to be carefully placed ensuring it was flexible and suitable.

 

After designing various layouts, experimenting with screen dividers and sound proofing options between each of the teams space was key. This allowed the client to visualise how the space would be broken up to ensure maximum facility.
